Returned call immediately. Recording states number "disconnected or out of service" SPOOF number?

Calls my cell several times a day (5 ).

MyGenevaWatch sold my information, a lady from this number told me I have free gifts. I told her I don't want the free gifts. She then argued with me, tried to force me to take their gifts of target gift cards. She also said my visa card number. So I know it wasn't free. As soon as I told her to cancel any/all services she hung up. I ADVISE all of you to order new credit/check/debit cards if you brought a geneva watch. Thats the only way you would be safe. Telemarketer calling my cellphone. Pretty sure this practice is illegal.
